Preston Brook Parish Councillors
John Shaw (Chairman) - I have lived in Preston Brook for over 20 years and have been a member of the Parish Council for 9 years. I chaired the Parish Plan Steering Group and am at present working with members of the group and keen villagers on projects brought to light by the plan.
Roy Peters (Vice Chairman) - I have lived in Preston Brook since 1979 and am married with two children. Taking an active role in local life, I am on the Village Hall Committee, a member of the Parish Plan Steering Group having been a councillor for 18 years.
Richard Whitlow - Member of the Parish Council for over 20 years I have been both Chairmand and Vice Chairman and now serve as a Councillor. Married to Marion for 25 years and have two grown up daughters. I was born in Preston Brook at Tannery Farm where I live and work as an arable farmer, farming both here at Tannery Farm and Manor Farm at Preston on the Hill. I have always been interested in village and community matters and the environment in general.
Stuart Rutter -
Sue Potter - I have lived in Preston Brook since 1998 and been on the Parish Council since 2001. I have two grown up daughters. Work full time for the NHS and interested in local affairs
Gary Littler - My family and I have lived here since 2002 and we love the community spirit within Preston Brook. I joined the Parish Council to help preserve this spirit, get involved and do my little bit. If you think I can help please email me.
David Felix - Canon David Felix is the Vicar at All Saints in the neighbouring village of Daresbury.
Jean Sampson - I have live in Preston on the Hill for over 20 years and became a Parish councillor in 2010. I have two children who have attended local playgroups and schools. My children are now grown up and I feel it is time to try and give something back to the community. Please contact me if you have any issues you wish me to raise at the parish council meeting.
